Shipping & Returns Policy

Every Legendsketch product is made to order. Please review the following policies before purchasing.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is planned for a future date. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time — a valid U.S. street address is required at checkout.

Production & Delivery

Most orders enter production within 1–2 business days. Once complete, standard shipping takes approximately 3–6 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All orders include tracking — you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat $ per order depending on the type and/or the quantity of products ordered. Order up to $49.99 have a shipping fee of $7.95. Orders between $50.00 and $124.99 have a shipping fee of $12.95. Orders of $125 or more ship free.

Address Changes

Address changes can be accommodated within 1 hour of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at info@legendsketch.com if you need to make a change.

Returns & Replacements

Because every item is produced specifically for you, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or defective, is lost in transit, or is confirmed undelivered via tracking.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@legendsketch.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Future International Shipping

When international shipping becomes available, import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
