Our Commitment
Every LegendSketch product is made to order and produced with care. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We encourage you to review product dimensions, descriptions, and preview images carefully before purchasing.
That said, we stand fully behind the quality of what we produce. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right - no hassle, no argument.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a production defect, please contact us at info@legendsketch.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement item produced and shipped immediately
- A full refund to your original payment method
What Is Not Covered
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
- Minor color variations between screen display and printed output (screens and print processes render color differently)
- Sizing or format choices made at the time of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the item remains missing, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and work toward a resolution.
