Legendsketch exists in the space between those two outcomes. We focus on the figures who shaped Western civilization in ways that still echo today - not the household names who need no introduction, but the scientists, commanders, philosophers, composers, and builders whose contributions are everywhere around us, largely unrecognized.
Robert Boyle laid the foundations of modern chemistry. Belisarius saved the Byzantine Empire twice over. Brahms carried the torch of classical tradition through an era that wanted to abandon it and reshaped what serious music could be. These are not obscure figures for specialists. They are the architects of the world we live in, and they deserve to be seen.
